Due to the nature of our products (personal care items), we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
We accept returns if:

The item arrived damaged or defective

The wrong item was sent
Return Process:

Contact us at mansang@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos of the product.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item in unused condition.
